Divorce is usually unexpected and is a difficult time for all involved, it doesn't have to be full of stress, tireless paperwork and trips to the courthouse. Leave all that me.

My name is Wendy Birmingham and I have over 22 years experience in the legal field, 19 of those years are in family law. My goal is to make your divorce as easy and stress free as possible.

I am not a lawyer and cannot give legal advice. If you and your spouse cannot agree on the terms of your divorce, you will need to consult a lawyer. However, if your divorce is uncontested, I would love to help you prepare the documents you will need to move on to find your new horizons.
